Production Technician (MCL 1)

This role involves understanding and operating various equipment, maintaining documentation, and adhering to quality and safety standards.* Key Responsibilities Loading and Product Transfer:** - Load all doughnuts onto the production line, ensuring they are properly spaced and aligned. Documentation Complete and maintain accurate records for weight checks, quantities, and quality control. Quality Assurance Monitor product quality during transfer and report any inconsistencies or issues. Follow GMP Policies And Procedures Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Food Safety Paperwork Fill out and maintain food safety documentation to ensure compliance with regulations. Perform Other Tasks as Required by Your Lead or Supervisor Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor. Cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for equipment and workspaces. Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized regularly. Dispose of waste materials properly and promptly. Adhere to hygiene standards and wear appropriate protective gear. Qualifications Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to occasionally bend and twist.
