What You'll Do:

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through hands-on activities and play.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Encourage independence while providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Collaborate with an amazing team of educators.
• Follow DCFS licensing standards and Celebree's curriculum and philosophy.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education experience required.
• Must meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (or be eligible).

Teaching Assistant Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
• We are happy to train caring, dependable individuals who have a genuine love for children.
