The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This position requires 100% travel, primarily throughout the United States, supporting customers with installation, service, and repair of high-performance industrial equipment and machine tools.

In this role, you will:

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair advanced industrial machinery
• Deliver exceptional technical service to maximize machine performance and customer productivity
• Document machine conditions and provide recommendations for performance improvements
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures
• Represent the company as a knowledgeable and professional service ambassador
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships during installations and service visits
