Inspire meaningful growth and make a lasting impact as an in-person Special Educator for the 2026-2027 school year. Two contract opportunities are available—one at the Middle School level and another at the Elementary School level. Both roles offer the chance to support students in dynamic, inclusive educational environments near Randolph, VT.

Qualifications and Required Experience:• Current, valid Special Education teaching certification that meets state requirements
• Proven expertise in IEP development, implementation, and case management
• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs in inclusive classroom settings
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with general education teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to in-person instruction (virtual options are not available for these positions)

Key Responsibilities:• Provide specialized instruction and support to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver effective, differentiated instructional strategies targeting student-specific learning goals
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress regularly
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including related service providers and administrative staff
• Act as a liaison with families, advocating for students’ needs and well-being
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal, procedural, and documentation requirements
