Chief AI Platform Engineer — Hands-On Payments Leader

Visa is seeking a highly technical Chief Software Engineer to lead the next generation of AI-enabled commercial payments platforms. You will architect and build large-scale cloud-native systems, drive technical direction across teams, and apply GenAI to product innovation and engineering productivity.
You will mentor senior engineers, shape the technical roadmap for CMS solutions, and work with product/engineering leaders to ensure scalable, secure, and observable services.
