The Retail Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and coaching retail employees on operational and procedural issues via phone or email. Key Responsibilities: Provide one on one coaching via incoming calls and emails from employees. Respond to questions from all emails in a timely manner. Follow and manage standard operating procedures; accurately log all tickets using the defined tracking software. Analyze data for trends and training opportunities. Report data to Retail Support Manager. Recommend procedural updates or revisions based on data. Competencies Required Expert knowledge of procedures, policies, resources, and guidelines. Ability to produce accurate results. Demonstrated customer service skills, ability to relate effectively and tactfully with all levels of the organization. Ability to organize, manage, and meet established deadlines; manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written communications. Ability to work individually and as a team member. Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience Minimum 3 years of branch banking experience, with extensive knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in branch operations, required. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint required. Formal Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Status Full-time Supervisory Responsibility None Travel 0 – 10% - Negligible amount of travel is expected Working Conditions Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
