Drywall Repair Technician - Drywall Finisher/Taper Looking for an experienced drywall finisher to perform small‑to‑medium‑sized residential and commercial repair jobs, new and remodel finish work, and painting. We serve customers in La Crosse, Eau Claire, Rochester, and surrounding areas. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and excellent customer‑service skills. All materials are supplied by the company with weekly pay and allowances for fuel and food for full‑time employees. Hourly wage $26–$32 per hour based on experience, with bonuses for performance.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide drywall repair, installation, finishing, and interior painting services. Specialize in small‑scale installation, finishing, and interior painting tasks.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year experience in drywall finishing or repairs. Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Pass a pre‑employment background investigation.PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Strong work ethic and desire to learn and improve. Reliable transportation.ADDITIONAL NOTES
