Responsibilities As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing the operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by supervising the activities of all clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs. Qualifications Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
