Compensation & Benefits Commission-Based Pay: 40% – 45% of Collections High-Volume Environment: Steady stream of internal and external referrals Advanced Technology Suite: Full access to state-of-the-art clinical equipment Professional Support: Work alongside seasoned specialists and a robust administrative/clinical support staff Relocation/Sign-on Potential: Negotiable based on experience and commitment What You’ll Do Advanced Procedures: Perform non-surgical root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and internal bleaching Pediatric Care: Provide specialized endodontic treatments for children, including apexogenesis and apexification Technology Integration: Utilize GentleWave technology, operating microscopes, and laser-assisted techniques Diagnostics: Leverage Cone Beam CT (CBCT) and digital X-rays for precise treatment planning Collaborative Care: Work with a regional team to ensure seamless patient transitions and high satisfaction scores Requirements Active Florida Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one) DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Certificate in Endodontics from an ADA-accredited post-graduate program New graduates completing their residency are welcome to apply Compassionate bedside manner with a focus on easing patient anxiety and dental phobia J-18808-Ljbffr
