Senior Sourcing Manager

Quince is hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager for the Americas to lead footwear and leather goods sourcing. You will scout suppliers, conduct cost analyses, and onboard partners into a fast-paced supply chain, driving nearshoring strategies to reduce lead times and costs.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Merchants and Product teams, and optimizing supplier continuity across the Western Hemisphere.
