Nursing Director: Addiction Treatment Leader
Crossroads Treatment Center
Crossroads Treatment Centers is looking for a Director of Nursing to oversee dosing operations and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care across our Kentucky clinics. The role requires an RN license, supervisory experience, and strong phlebotomy skills.
You will train staff, manage scheduling, participate in hiring, and assist with new patient intakes, aligning with state regulations and best practices. A CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
