Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) RN or LPN – Full‑time, Day Shift Location: Waterstone at Wellesley, 27 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02481. Responsibilities Supports hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNAs and HHAs while contributing to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and a culture of safety, service, and respect. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA. Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred; experience with in‑servicing and supervising staff is required. Good computer skills. Effective communication; experience with dementia care in Assisted Living Community a plus.
