Project Manager

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Addison, Texas. This role supports a rapidly growing company specializing in sustainable data center development, focusing on community impact and innovative infrastructure solutions. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline. Position Overview for the Project Manager: Partner with corporate development and PMO teams to drive projects through completion. Manage, lead, and assist on all assigned projects within the PMO, including land acquisition and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate all personnel involved in developing opportunities and signing customer agreements, ensuring adherence to in-country requirements. Collaborate with design and delivery teams to facilitate hand-offs and project execution. Maintain relationships with in-country partners and internal teams to support project success. Requirements for the Project Manager: 3+ years experience managing multiple projects ranging from several hundred to several thousand man-hours. At least 3 years supporting multiple business units such as land acquisition, real estate, finance, data center design, operations, sales, or procurement. Flexible and adaptable in managing project timelines, stakeholders, and budgets. Experience supporting cross-functional projects with a focus on collaboration and communication. What's in it for you?
