Port Orchard Ford is looking for a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a personal brand, grow a loyal following, and help customers buy and sell vehicles in a way that's quick, transparent, and less complicated.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating short-form video content (vehicle walkarounds, deliveries, specials, community moments)
• Building your audience and personal brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
• Engaging with local businesses, events, and community organizations
• Helping customers buy and sell vehicles in a transparent, no-pressure way
• Using video, text, and DMs to follow up with leads
• Being a visible, trusted face of Port Orchard Ford both online and in the community
