Education Requirements: No formal education required. A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but it is not required for this cleaning and facilities role.

Experience Requirements: No prior experience needed. We train motivated candidates from day one. Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a bonus. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices is a plus. Experience in office, commercial, educational, warehouse, or industrial settings is a plus.

Physical Capabilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.

Job Duties: Keep restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors across the facility. Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and empty trash and recycling bins. Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Spot and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines. Assist with room setups and cleanup for meetings and special events. Safely operate cleaning equipment and janitorial tools.
