Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Full time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA at Twin Ports Health Services, a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact. Will also consider Part-time at 20-25 hours/week!
