This position blends hands‑on nursing care with administrative responsibilities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Provide phone and in‑person nursing triage. Advocate for individuals during medical appointments. Support and train direct care staff. Schedule & Location Full‑time: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm No on call or holidays or weekends! Local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided.
