In this hybrid service and sales role, you’ll act as an extension of the agent — handling inbound service needs, answering calls, assisting clients with policy changes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. At the same time, you’ll actively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products, quote referrals, and earn commissions for new business you help generate. This is a full-time opportunity with room for long-term growth and advancement in the insurance industry. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide top-tier service and support. Process policy changes, billing questions, and general account updates. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products during service calls and quote referral business. Assist with outbound follow-ups and client outreach as needed. Collaborate closely with the agent and team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with phone-based interactions and discussing product options with clients. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base pay with commission opportunities. $1,000 signing bonus paid after 30 days.
