Manager on Duty

General Responsibilities: Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics Effectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a team Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures Cultivate and maintain a healthy culture Compensation: $23-$24/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements At least 1 year of relevant business experience, preferably in management Basic financial understanding Comfortable with learning new computer applications Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organization and leadership skills Able to identify talent and recruit employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
