Description: Candidates must have a valid RN State License. They must hold current BLS and CPI certifications. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg Oncology is required. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team. Candidates are expected to participate in ongoing education and training initiatives. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory. Additional certifications and health screenings may be required. This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential for meeting unit needs. All applicants will be subject to background checks and health assessment protocols.
