Senior Laboratory Engineer (CAES Staff Engineer) Department: Advanced Energy Systems Center Position: Full Time, Standard Hours 37.5, Day shift, On-site work arrangement Location: Piscataway, NJ Overview Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is a leading national research university and a preeminent comprehensive public institution of higher education. The Center for Advanced Energy Systems (CAES) is a leader in industrial energy assessment, operating the Department of Energy Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC) Program. The Senior Laboratory Engineer (CAES Staff Engineer) reports to the Center Director and works closely with ITAC Directors and faculty on program quality assurance and internal operations. Responsibilities Manages a variety of projects and opportunities to support CAES initiatives. Directs all student innovations currently conducted by the center. Develops integration activities and aids in center training. Salary Salary up to $85,000. Minimum $71,447, mid-range $90,435, maximum $109,422.
