The Manager will analyze renewals, obtain competitive quotes, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best terms for Angi, driving meaningful cost savings for the business.While this is a remote position, we are a global company and are looking for applicants located in eastern time zones to align with our team's working hours.What You’ll Do:Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, from contract renewal through PO creation, working closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure smooth executionAdhere to the procurement calendar to ensure proactivity, visibility, and leverage in negotiationsManage vendor communication and contract negotiations, collaborating with leaders across the business to understand stakeholder requirements and secure competitive quotes to reach optimal contract termsPartner with Finance and IT Asset Management to integrate procurement with forecasting and cost managementDeliver data-driven spend analysis and insights to the CFO and senior leadership; proactively identify cost savings opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to improve procurement policies and processes, and help drive adoption across the organizationWho you are:4+ years of procurement experience with a record of delivering cost savings and negotiating complex contracts2+ years of experience directly negotiating software and technology contractsExceptional understanding of contracts; ability to identify which terms and conditions are commercially favorable or unfavorableIndependent and resourceful with ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsHighly organized and detail orientedStrong communicator with ability to collaborate with cross functional partners at senior levels across the organizationFamiliarity with AI and automation tools that support procurement workflows, spend analysis, and vendor managementBachelor’s degree requiredWe value diversityWe know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. Our AI tools are designed to complement, not replace, human decision-making.Compensation & BenefitsThe salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
