About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Manager (Skilled Nursing), you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical leadership and supervision to a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
Staff Supervision: Directly supervise and develop registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes and employee satisfaction.
Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the care team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our services align with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the nursing team, residents, and families, facilitating effective communication and breaking down barriers to care.
