What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day

What You'll Need

• Current LPN license in Washington State or (or NLC eligible)
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
