Compensation: Starting at $295,000 (Panel-Based Growth Model)
Monday–Friday | Outpatient Only
A physician-led concierge medical group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its membership-based primary care practice in Richmond.
\nThis model prioritizes long-term patient relationships, prevention, and extended appointment times. The organization is specifically seeking a long-term physician partner (10+ year commitment preferred).
Practice Model\n- \n
- 8–10 patients per day \n
- 30/60/90-minute visits \n
- Patient panel capped at 450 \n
- 4.5 patient-facing days + 0.5 admin day weekly \n
- Outpatient-only \n
- Equal call rotation \n
- No supervision of physician extenders \n
- Dedicated nurse and private office \n
- Two dedicated exam rooms \n
- On-site phlebotomy and IV therapy \n
- Full administrative support (IT, HR, referral coordination, Athena EMR) \n
- \n
- Starting salary: $295,000 \n
- Increases to $285,000+ once panel is full (clarify directly with leadership — previous listing reflected variation) \n
- Annual raises \n
- Salary based on qualifications and experience \n
- \n
- 4 weeks PTO (unlimited rollover; no call while on vacation) \n
- 7 paid holidays + 3 float holidays \n
- 1 week CME (rollover up to 80 hours) \n
- $3,250 annual CME allowance \n
- 401(k) with 4% match \n
