Unarmed Security Flex Officer (Arizona Regional) Sierra Vista, AZ, United States of America Job Details Position: Unarmed Flex Security Officer Location: Sierra Vista, AZ (coverage includes Sierra Vista, Cochise, and Douglas) Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.75 per hour Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Flex Security Officer to provide coverage across multiple locations in the Sierra Vista, Cochise, and Douglas, AZ areas. This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to safety, with assignment to various sites as needed. Responsibilities Provide unarmed security services at assigned locations Conduct patrols (vehicle and/or foot) as required Fill in for call-offs and provide on-call coverage Write detailed incident and activity reports Follow all company and client security protocols Requirements Must possess a current and active AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card Prior security experience required Flex, mobile patrol, or multi-site experience strongly preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation required Strong communication and report‑writing skills Availability Open availability Able to work any shift, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to accept on‑call assignments What We Offer Competitive hourly rates Opportunity to work a variety of assignments Dynamic and fast‑paced work environment Education Requirements HS Diploma GED or H.S.
