Sr. Consultant

Role : Product Owner / Business analyst
Below are the prime responsibility for this position:
• Product Owner, for backlog refinement, prioritization and user story grooming.
• PO/BA to ensure all Scrum ceremonies are in place, eliminate impediments and work with App Dev Manager to ensure resources are in place for various Sprints
• Manage migration Application specific functional and technical specifications, release notes, change management policies and procedures from legacy to the latest version
• Conduct brainstorming and Joint Application Development sessions to elicit and document detailed user stories, acceptance criteria
• Work with UI/UX team to ensure prototypes are and aligned with the user stories
• Lead functional and application testing
• Stakeholder and change management for various initiatives, product backlog
• Perform detailed study and recognize user challenges
• Assess people readiness in terms of new solution and product adoption
• Evaluate Job impacts and new KPIs associate with the project
• Identify option around change in ways of working
• Analyze current and future state processes
• Identify process changes and the key impacts to each stakeholder group, as well as to other interrelated processes
• Assess Impact and engage with super Users of the product
• Document new systems changes and changes in interface
• Working with new systems and supporting with user training
• Knowledge on manufacturing/ Transportation domain
