Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator
Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)
Role: RN Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator Responsibilities Lead data-driven injury prevention initiatives within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. Analyze trauma trends to identify key areas for intervention. Design and implement evidence-based community and in-hospital prevention programs. Deliver engaging education to staff, patients, and community partners. Collaborate with trauma services, emergency teams, and public health organizations to reduce preventable injuries. Support trauma designation standards through program development and advocacy. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Strong analytical skills to interpret trauma data. Experience in developing and implementing prevention programs. Excellent communication and educational skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare and community stakeholders.
