What You'll Do: As a CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through compassionate, hands-on care: Provide daily care in accordance with individualized care plans and direction from licensed nurses Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Promote comfort and safety through proper positioning, skin care, and mobility support Support specialized care needs, including range of motion exercises, ostomy care, and end-of-life care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including rooms and equipment CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications: Current and active Pennsylvania CNA Certification Why Join Wesley Village?
