Dental Assistant II

What You'll Do

Be a trusted guide for patients
Keep the schedule running smoothly, anticipating and solving scheduling hiccups before they happen
Set the stage for every procedure: prepping instruments, materials, and equipment
Capture accurate patient health histories and dental charting
Support patients chairside, helping them feel comfortable and informed
Keep our sterilization and infection-control standards top-notch
Help manage inventory and keep the practice stocked and ready

Requirements

What You Bring

Dental Assistant training or equivalent experience
2-5 years of DA experience preferred (but we welcome strong new grads too!)
CDA certification, radiology equivalency exam, or a CODA-accredited DA program
CPR certification (or willingness to get certified within 30 days)
Confidence explaining treatment plans and insurance details to patients
Bonus points for Eaglesoft or Denticon experience
A team-first attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the flexibility to jump between tasks (and occasionally locations) with a positive attitude
Strong listening skills and sound judgment
A commitment to patient confidentiality and care
