POSITION: Project Manager

LOCATION: Bellevue, NE (On-Site)

PAY: Based on Experience

Coreslab Structures (Omaha), Inc. is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. At Coreslab, you are responsible for developing correct estimates and providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties, in addition to managing the administration components for an entire project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Provide smooth and efficient project flow

• Provide customer service

• Maintain friendly relations with customers

• Coordinate jobsite quality

• Coordinate and communicate with all parties vested in project success

• Contribute to team effort

• Achieve financial objectives

• Maintain company reputation

• Secure sensitive information and follows security procedures

• Perform all occupational safety and hazard procedures in conjunction with all essential duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Our strengths and weaknesses, current project statuses, customer desires, etc.

• Comprehensive project progression

• Construction documents

• Sales, estimating, engineering, production, and erection processes

• Appropriate uses and capabilities of our products and services

• The end product, including its use, capabilities and tolerances

• The methods, practices, tools, material and equipment used in the work process

• Occupational hazards and proper safety precautions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook

• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience in project management

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

• Previous experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals is highly desirable.
