Charge Nurse LVN/RN — Lead Patient Care
Fort-Worth-Wellness-and-Rehabilitation-Center
Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide nursing care ensuring patient needs are met according to standards of practice. Responsibilities include charting, documenting patient conditions, making rounds, and following procedures for narcotic counting and reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a current LVN/RN license and BLS/CPR certification. Experience in nursing management is preferred but not mandatory.
