Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves providing direct patient care within the operating room environment on a team responsible for high-quality surgical services. The position supports surgical teams by ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical standards during procedures.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, from 6:45 a.m. to 7:17 p.m.
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in perioperative nursing, valid nursing license in Tennessee, minimum of 0 years of experience in operating room nursing, and reliable transportation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro, cardiac, and post-op care, and current stroke certification.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff delegated care responsibilities and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care. The position requires adherence to hospital protocols, including stroke certification and neuro-telemetry procedures.
