Key Contributions Optimization modeling and analytics to improve cost to serve Maintain and publish transportation (domestic and export) and 3rd‑party warehouse KPIs Develop cross‑functional action plans to drive cost‑to‑serve improvements and enhance customer service Support logistics procurement events for domestic and export transportation and 3PL warehousing Drive internal and external adoption of available tools Act as a key user for SAP TM and other logistics 3rd‑party tools Maintain SAP TM master data and other assigned attributes Prepare reports and presentations to communicate logistics performance and key metrics to management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or supply‑chain analysis with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational improvements Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data‑analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and procurement‑management software Excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Solid understanding of logistics principles, transportation management, and supply‑chain dynamics Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with procurement regulations, contract management, and compliance standards Benefits Development opportunities that enhance career fulfillment Meaningful compensation and benefits that help you care for your family Opportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo products Compensation Salary Range: $71,805—$94,245.
