JR Associate Sales Representative

Stryker seeks a Junior Associate Sales Representative to support joint replacement product sales across surgical and office settings in the Salt Lake City area. The role involves case coverage, product evaluations, territory development, and customer relationship building while developing sales skills through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in promoting and selling joint replacement products to healthcare customers
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office environments
• Support business development activities, track territory progress, and maintain communication with sales team
• Resolve product issues onsite, educate medical staff, and maintain sample inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide customer support including on-call availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification plus 2+ years experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years related experience, or 4+ years active-duty military service
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Medical background or B2B sales experience preferred
• Team leadership experience or sales/marketing internship experience preferred

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base, plus commission and/or bonuses and benefits
