Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Previous serving experience is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is essential. Experience in fine dining settings is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
