Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - 1st Shift We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities: Supervise employees and ensure production schedules are met. Assign work, train new employees, and monitor performance. Resolve production issues and improve productivity. Maintain quality standards, records, and safe work practices. Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 510 years of manufacturing experience. At least 2 years of management experience. Forklift license and HazWOPER training required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
