Cardiac Telemetry RN - $32-48 per hour

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Stepdown unit, specializing in telemetry care at a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds. Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and needs. Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and telemetry experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety.
