Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Position Overview

As a Production Associate , you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by operating injection molding equipment, performing quality inspections, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down production equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate 500-ton to 1500-ton injection molding machines
• Assist with workflow setup to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Utilize process monitoring equipment, testing equipment, and gauging tools
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specification requirements are met
• Mark and identify parts accurately
• Assist with machine changeovers as needed
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Support continuous improvement and team initiatives
• Participate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

✅ Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift

✅ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

✅ Ability to read and understand written instructions

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

✅ Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

✅ Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction

Preferred

⭐ High School Diploma or GED

⭐ At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience

⭐ Experience working with injection molding equipment

Schedule

2nd Shift

Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Overtime available as needed.

Pay Rate

$17.60 per hour
