What You'll Do: Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures Administer injections, medications, immunizations, and perform other clinical duties within your scope of practice Collect and prepare laboratory specimens as needed Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and medical equipment Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care Follow infection control guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies What We're Looking For: Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or outpatient setting preferred Current BLS certification preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent patient service and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Schedule & Pay: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on clinic needs) Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
