ABOUT THE ROLE

The Outside Services Attendant will bring the Amara experience to life by delivering exceptional Outside Services experiences by assisting residents, members, guests, and prospective members throughout their arrival, golf, and departure experience. Working closely with the Golf Operations team, you will provide attentive golf bag handling, cart preparation, practice facility support, and personalized assistance while ensuring all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and prepared for daily Club activity. Through your attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and willingness to anticipate needs, you will help create a seamless golf experience that feels welcoming, effortless, and distinctly Amara.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in golf outside services, golf operations, hospitality, guest services, or a related customer-facing position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations, equipment, etiquette, and the overall golf experience preferred, with a willingness to learn Club procedures and service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide warm, professional, and personalized service to residents, members, and guests.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared service areas.
• Ability to follow established procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities, and respond promptly to direction and changing operational needs.
• Ability to safely handle golf bags, carts, equipment, and other operational materials while maintaining awareness of surrounding activity.
• A team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist colleagues, anticipate service needs, and contribute positively to the Club environment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
