Direct Counsel is seeking a Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a highly regarded full-service law firm in Naples, Florida. This is an opportunity to work in a sophisticated, nationally recognized practice, collaborating with seasoned attorneys while gaining substantial hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills, trust agreements, and related instruments .

• Provide direct client counsel on trust structures, wealth transfer, and business succession strategies.

• Advise fiduciaries on estate and trust administration .

• Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns .

• Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing .

• Support litigation matters involving wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration .

• Mentor and collaborate within a team-oriented environment , contributing to the practice’s growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in trusts and estates; higher experience levels are valued.

• Strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to produce concise, effective work product .

• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing experience .

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida Bar .
