Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Revitalize Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Utilize advanced evaluation techniques and tools, such as range of motion assessments and strength testing, to inform your treatment strategies.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by consulting with other healthcare providers to discuss the continuum of care for each patient.
• Deliver quality therapeutic interventions, including hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment processes, and progress, adhering to legal and professional standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and the services offered at our clinic.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and students, contributing to their professional development.
• Attend regular staff meetings and continuing education sessions to advance clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
