About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance with a strong background in debt capital markets to take on a pivotal role in M&A activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of debt capital markets execution and compliance, including but not limited to, diligence, documentation coordination, closing, covenant compliance, and lender reporting. This role demands a high level of quality and independence, allowing the sponsor to step back from day-to-day involvement. The VP of Finance will be the primary point of contact for lenders, managing relationships and processes across multiple facilities. Additionally, the role involves supporting term sheet negotiation, owning ongoing covenant compliance, and executing debt workstreams for planned recapitalization. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in debt capital markets, with a preference for those with a background in the real estate industry and exposure to private equity. A BS/BA in a relevant field is required, and expert modeling skills are a must. The role also includes secondary responsibilities in FP&A, BOD reporting, and managing internal and external reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial analysis, have a proven track record in managing complex financial processes, and be capable of delivering institutional-quality output with a fast turnaround. The VP of Finance will work closely with the CFO on exit-readiness workstreams and must be prepared to work in a hybrid model.
