Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the leasing activities Administration and management of 120 apartments Work within a small team Qualifications: Ability to rent apartments Strong leadership qualities Ability to build rapport Company Description Autumn Ridge Apartments is a family owned property management company in St. Johns, MI. The job entails leasing and administering 120 apartments. Experience is appreciated, but not mandatory. We offer health and 401k benefits along with 10 paid sick/work days per year plus 6 paid bank holidays.
