Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Night Shift) Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Monitor patient progress and record observations accurately. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team member. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an associate degree, must obtain a Bachelor's within five years. Current Illinois RN licensure. CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within three months of hire. Minimum two years ED experience for bonus eligibility. Additional Details Full-time position, 36 hours/week, overnight hours, with rotating holidays and every third weekend. Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80, based on experience.
