We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.Location: 2700 CROMWELL DRIVE Norfolk, VA 23509Job SummaryThis entry-level role requires a candidate with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure. The Operations Analyst will gather and analyze customer calls and computer data to determine the location and cause of power outages. They will efficiently dispatch first response personnel and repair crews to ensure a quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large subsets of data from multiple information sources and create appropriate action plans.Provide strong customer service support to internal and external clients.Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts.Work rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.Required QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma/GED.Ability to handle multiple tasks from start to finish with changing priority levels.Ability to work under pressure and make well-thought-out decisions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.Prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role or dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers, etc.) is preferred.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
