Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care is needed at a healthcare facility in Melbourne, Florida. This role is based in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and requires candidates to bring their licensure in the state of Florida on the first day. The position involves working a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. It is a contract assignment with an expected start date of July 22, 2026, and a duration of 13 weeks.
Job Details:
- Location: Melbourne, Florida
- Position: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in inpatient care
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required qualifications: Valid licensure in Florida, no minimum experience required, proficiency with EMR systems including Pro Doc, Casamba, and Pro Touch
- Preferred qualifications: Some experience in acute care settings
- Additional information: Facility setting is an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). The position will not require floating to other units. Parking is available on the east side of the facility.
