X-Ray Technologist - Full-Time 13 Week Contract

Assignment Type: Full-Time Contract - Travel / Local
Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour - Flexible and negotiable based on experience**

We're seeking experienced X-Ray Technologists for a 13-week travel or local contract assignment in Morristown, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for technologists who are dependable, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced imaging department while delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment while adhering to radiation safety standards.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper image documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and fellow imaging professionals to provide efficient patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized imaging environment.
• Follow facility policies and quality assurance guidelines while providing compassionate patient care.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Available Shifts

7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend
• One on-call shift every 3 weeks

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend
• One on-call shift every 3 weeks

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend
• One on-call shift every 3 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT (R) Certification
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (if required)
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous X-Ray Technologist experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
