Practice Locations: Russellville, Arkansas (Primary) and Fort Smith, Arkansas (Satellite) Schedule: Part-Time options available (up to 10 days per month)

What are the qualifications?

• Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program
• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
• Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
• Open to candidates requiring licensing and relocation
• Must be able to perform 3rd molar extractions and implant placements
